Ogden Chrome Plating warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials and workmanship and meets accepted industry standards for refurbished parts.

Ogden Chrome Plating , or an authorized Ogden Chrome Plating service center, will refund, repair, or replace, at the option of  Ogden Chrome Plating,  without charge to the consumer purchaser, any product covered by this warranty that does not   fit due to our negligence

1. WARRANTY SERVICE.  Prior to any refund, repair, or replacement, you must first receive written authorization from Ogden Chrome Plating by calling the number or writing to the address listed below and by providing a sales receipt or other documentary proof of purchase.  Costs of mailing, shipping, or otherwise transporting the part to be repaired or replaced to Ogden Chrome Plating, or its authorized service center, are the responsibility of the consumer purchaser.

2. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY.  This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental expenses for removal, or reinstallation of the product.  This warranty will not apply to any product that is or was: 1) not installed properly;  2) damaged during shipping;  3) not used under normal conditions or in accordance with its labels or written instructions; 4) misused, abused or altered in any manner;  5) damaged by casualty, fault, or negligence of any person or entity other than Ogden Chrome Plating;  6) Damage through impact, road hazards, improper paint procedures, or owner negligence are excluded.

3. OGDEN CHROME PLATING LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANT ABILITY TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURIES AND PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF OGDEN CHROME PLATING WARRANTY OBLIGATION, EVEN IF OGDEN CHROME PLATING HAS BEEN ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.   THE PRECEDING CLAUSE SHALL SURVIVE THE FAILURE OF AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

4. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
